   I currently work as a personal trainer at Equinox Fitness in downtown Chicago. I am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine and am both CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross. I also have a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I have been training now for 3 years. I worked as a trainer at the luxurious Canyon Ranch Spa in the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas and have also trained at private studios as well.

   My fitness philosophy is that in order to get results you must put everything into your goals no matter what they are. Reaching your fitness goals is best done through both mental and physical toughness. You need to believe you can get there and you will. Consistency is the key, without it you have a have nothing. A balance of good nutrtion, sleep and exercise is needed to reach any goal.

very helpful workout advice. do you think you might be able to add sketches or pics of the various exercises being performed in good form as that would help greatly? again, thanks for your good advice.
