         Thank you for visiting my page and I hope you can find my information and workouts useful in reaching your goals. Please always remember that you assess your own fitness level before doing some of these workouts, do not try to complete a routine that is out of your fitness level. Also, remember that you can make some minor changes to my suggested workouts. If I have pushups in the routine and you cant complete full pushups then modify them to pushups on your knees. And finally do not use these workouts over and over without some form of change or progression. In order for your best results you need to always been making changes to the routines and changing them up.
